Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth for behavioral health services while overseeing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and audience targeting
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns to increase referral volume

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
