Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth for behavioral health services through both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting SEO and content marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience building referral networks and generating qualified leads
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
