Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and inquiries
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance for better lead generation and ROI
• Collaborate with referral partners and healthcare providers to enhance business development efforts and increase referral volume

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
