Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B marketing efforts within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance engagement and increase admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement while collaborating with operational leaders on growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and managing marketing teams
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
