Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in client inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and families while enhancing brand trust and access to services
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
