Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to work remotely in NY, MA, or RI, this full-time position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
