Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Marketing team leadership experience and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
