Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support growth initiatives, collaborating with operational and clinical leaders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on digital performance marketing and healthcare/SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience in building referral networks and supporting organizational growth initiatives
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
