Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative marketing strategies, managing a marketing team, and leveraging B2C and B2B marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
• Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance and support SEO and content marketing initiatives
• Create and execute marketing strategies that strengthen relationships with referral partners and drive growth in inquiries and admissions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience building referral networks and managing marketing budgets
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
