Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting overall growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably within behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
