Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services by managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and leading a marketing team to drive growth through B2C and B2B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support growth initiatives within the behavioral healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
