Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and lead a marketing team to enhance brand awareness and access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Marketing team leadership experience with a focus on building referral networks
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
