Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement while working remotely from NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and brand trust in behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing budgets
