Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance engagement and growth
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
