Growth Marketing Manager - MA

Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance relationships with referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and admissions
• Create B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with referral partners and enhance organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
