Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B marketing for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO and content marketing efforts to increase visibility and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
