Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA, this full-time remote position will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, develop B2C and B2B marketing strategies, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and client engagement in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
