Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance B2C and B2B marketing strategies, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both consumer and business marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
