Growth Marketing Manager - MA

Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and strengthen referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in outreach efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, preferably with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
