To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and lead a marketing team in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and brand awareness
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for client engagement and referral partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
