Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility in the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
