Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely from Massachusetts, New York, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO and content marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
