Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive growth in client inquiries and referrals, and strengthen relationships with referral partners while working remotely in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and engagement
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive marketing decisions based on performance metrics
