Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely from Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and collaboration with operational leaders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
