Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive engagement with prospective clients and referral partners, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and access to behavioral health services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage clients and enhance brand trust in behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
