Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive engagement for behavioral health services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and client engagement
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for improved performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and analyzing conversion funnels
