Job Summary

To support the expansion of behavioral healthcare services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
