Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaign performance and client engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably within behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
