Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and execute both B2C and B2B marketing strategies while working remotely from Massachusetts, New York, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize lead generation and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO and content marketing efforts for increased visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
