Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B initiatives, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely from Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Collaborate with operational leaders to strengthen referral networks and support growth initiatives within the behavioral healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance
