Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and client engagement
• Execute targeted marketing initiatives aimed at prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize strategies for growth and engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
