Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed to work full-time remotely, focusing on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative digital marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and client engagement
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation and conversion rates
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen referral partnerships and drive growth in inquiries and admissions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
