Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships while working remotely from Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
