Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee a marketing team, and drive growth through B2C and B2B strategies in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Analyze marketing data and collaborate with operational leaders to support growth initiatives and strengthen referral networks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven ability to develop and execute both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
