Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed to work full-time remotely, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B marketing efforts within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Marketing team leadership experience with a focus on building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
