Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and lead a marketing team to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage clients and caregivers, driving inquiries and admissions
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and projects
