Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed to work full-time remotely, responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, enhancing client engagement, and strengthening referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and client engagement
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting growth initiatives and strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
