Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance B2C and B2B marketing strategies, and lead a marketing team to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and projects
