Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services while leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and admissions for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns to expand referral networks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Experience in managing marketing teams and building referral networks to support organizational growth
