Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships while working remotely from Massachusetts, New York, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to engage clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting organizational growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
