Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and oversee the marketing team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Execute marketing strategies for both prospective clients and referral partners to drive inquiries and referrals
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in managing marketing teams and building referral networks
