Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in growth marketing at a SaaS or PLG company
• Proficient in modern SEO practices and LLM-powered search strategies
• Technical skills in HTML/CSS/JS, with the ability to make changes without relying on a ticket queue
• Experience in building and managing testing workflows and systems
• Strong understanding of metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback periods
