Job Summary
Owning the retention strategy across multiple channels, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Retention Lead will manage email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty initiatives to improve key business metrics and enhance customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and purchase frequency
- Design and prioritize experimentation roadmaps for campaigns and customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging performance and monitor channel effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Retention in eCommerce or high-growth digital businesses
- Proven experience managing email marketing as a primary retention channel
- Hands-on experience with SMS and push notification strategies
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar
