Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role with a proven track record in user growth
• Experience in designing and analyzing growth experiments
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms and basic coding skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of user behavior and growth channels
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred
