Job Summary

Growth Marketing Specialist is a full-time position responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across key Asia-Pacific markets, including campaign management and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and support paid media campaigns across assigned APAC markets, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage day-to-day operations on various performance platforms and coordinate creative workflows to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization against key performance metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with APAC-specific platforms like LINE, Naver, and Kakao preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Professional fluency in English and at least one major APAC language strongly preferred
