Job Summary
To support user acquisition and growth initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Specialist will execute paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing channels and improve retention.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for acquisition improvements and channel optimizations
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience running profitable paid advertising campaigns for consumer mobile or subscription apps
- Working knowledge of major advertising platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Solid understanding of key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Experience with mobile attribution platforms and collaborating with creative teams or influencers
