Hands-on and execution-focused, the contracted-to-full-time Growth Marketing Hacker will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns while leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and generate pipeline in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows for tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and implement insights proactively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing tasks, including copywriting and analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience and advanced English proficiency
