Job Summary
To accelerate global expansion, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid ad campaigns, and email marketing, while collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to drive lead generation and campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives, and plan and launch paid ad campaigns
- Track campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation across campaigns
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEA, and lead generation
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
