Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President Growth Marketing (Player-Coach) to drive revenue and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Own SEO, SEM, and AEO strategies to optimize traffic and conversion
• Design and execute advanced email marketing programs and manage account-based marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5-7 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, and Paid Social
• Proficiency with major CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
• Advanced skills in web analytics, particularly Google Analytics (GA4)
