Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth marketing strategy focused on user acquisition and premium subscription growth
• Lead and manage marketing and support teams to optimize conversion rates and enhance user engagement
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure brand consistency and support partnership initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in leadership roles within B2C and B2B2C software companies
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and driving revenue growth for freemium products
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing performance optimization
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
